When is The Envoy MUN 2023?
The Envoy MUN 2023 will be held in person from the 14th to the 16th of September 2023.
How much is the participation fee?
The participation fee for Envoy Group is 30$.
The participation fee for Envoy Delegate is 35$.
The participation fee for Envoy Observer is 20$.
What is included in the fee?
The fee includes a three-day conference, an entry to our MUN!
Where will the conference be held?
The Academic Building of Amsterdam University College will be hosting The Envoy MUN conference.
When and how can I register a delegation to attend The Envoy MUN 2023?
The registration process will be made through the Envoy MUN website. Opening delegate applications from 1 to 31st April.
Can I still apply for the chair position?
No.
What happens after I register?
Following registration, the The Envoy MUN Secretariat will review your application and either approve or decline it. Please note rejections are rare, but may become more frequent as capacity is neared. As we maintain beginner, intermediate and advanced committees, we cater for a wide variety of experience with Model United Nations and debate.
How do I make payment for the conference?
For single delegates, you can pay and sign up through Schedule Section. As for delegations and supervisors, please contact us via our email mun.envoyglobal@gmail.com.
Can I attend The Envoy MUN alone or do I have to be part of a larger delegation?
You can register as an independent delegate.
I have never participated in Model United Nations before. Can I still attend the conference?
Committees at The Envoy MUN are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced. For this reason, you are welcome to attend even if you have little to no experience.
How do I prepare for the conference?
Once you are allocated a country and a committee, you will have ample time to familiarize yourself with the topics of discussion and the Rules of Procedure of Model United Nations.
Study guides for each committee will be made available by your chairs well in advance so you will have time to prepare before the conference.
The Envoy MUN will also send you a 'Delegate Booklet' to assist delegates in their preparation.
