Privacy and Intellectual Property Rights

All data submitted by the delegates in the form of photographs or videos would be used at the discretion of the Envoy committee during the conference without limitations.

Delegates need to agree that they will not misuse any property of the Envoy. The delegate thereby should agree that they can not use or publish any form of written material or digital material of the Envoy without the written consent of the Envoy.

ENVOY MUN reserves the right to update any information without further notice.

Code of Conduct

All delegates should agree to abide by the rules and regulations set off by the Envoy committee.

The delegate at the point of registration should declare that all information submitted is true and accurate as integrity is of vital importance.

The Envoy has the right to disqualify and restrict participation of any delegate found guilty of falsification.

The Envoy has the right to disqualify and restrict participation without refundable fees of any delegate found guilty of Plagiarism. All materials produced by the delegate for this conference should be authentic work.
